Shipping Information

1. Our Shipping Fee is 14.99 GBP per order which will be converted to the local currency based on your choice. The shipping fee will be auto-added in the grand total when you send payment;

2. After we receive your payment, we need 10-20 business days to process your order (Custom-made orders usually take 30 business days to finish);

3. We will dispatch your order within 1 business day when we finish tailoring your wedding dresses and it usually takes another 3~5 business days for delivery via EMS, USPS, Parcelforce etc. to arrive;

4. We cannot deliver your order to a P.O. Box address, so please make sure that you have given us a street address;

Duties & Taxes

UWedding.CO.UK will do the following to help our customers avoid duties and taxes:

i) Declare your purchase under $30

ii) Pack it as small as possible

iii) Label it as a "gift" purchase

These methods have proof to work very well, but with that said we still need to list the "just in case".

All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. UWedding.CO.UK cannot determine these fees during the checkout process. For more information, please contact your local customs office. In the event that the buyer refuses delivery of the shipment, the buyer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes; in this case, return shipping charges will be billed to the buyer's method of payment.
